• Open the app's Settings and make sure notifications are turned on.
• Check that notifications are allowed for Lotto Hanoi in your device settings.
• Make sure the app is up to date, then reopen it once so it can refresh its token.

Where are the numbers I saved in My Lotto?

They are stored only on your phone. They are removed if you delete the app, and cannot be restored by us.

How do I delete my data?

The app has no accounts. To delete the notification record we hold, email us the push token shown in Settings; see the Privacy Policy.

Does the app sell tickets or take bets?

No. Lotto Hanoi only displays publicly available lottery results for information purposes.
